Dr Dennis Heng
Dr Dennis graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the National University of Singapore and was on the Dean’s List during his course of study.
Upon graduating, Dr Dennis served at various public institutions such as the polyclinics, National Dental Centre Singapore (NDCS) and Khoo Teck Puat Hospital where he became well-versed in dental treatments such as crowns, dentures, root canal treatment and oral surgery.
Biography
Dr. Dennis graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery from the National University of Singapore, earning a place on the Dean’s List for academic excellence. He honed his skills in crowns, dentures, root canal treatments, and oral surgery while serving at esteemed institutions like the National Dental Centre Singapore (NDCS), Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, and polyclinics.
Beyond clinical dentistry, Dr. Dennis pursued a Master of Science in Forensic Dentistry at the University of Dundee and currently serves as a visiting consultant forensic odontologist at the Health Sciences Authority. His dedication extends globally, having participated in multiple dental mission trips to Cambodia and the Philippines, where he provided care and education to underserved communities.
Dr. Dennis is passionate about empowering his patients to take charge of their oral health through open communication and patient education. Recognizing the anxiety many feel about dental visits, he is committed to creating a calm and reassuring experience for patients of all ages. His efforts in delivering quality care and positive experiences were recognized with the Singapore Health Quality Service Award during his public service tenure.
