FAQ

1. How much for scale and polish?

   It is $69 for scale and polish when you book online under Oral Health Therapist. However, if you choose to book under Dentist it will be $110.

2. Who will be doing the scale and polish for me?

   A Oral Health Therapist will carry out the procedure for you to make sure your teeth are sparkling clean.

3. How long does it take?

   40 minutes per appointment.

4. What if I’m late for my appointment?

   We are usually fully booked and everyone has a set time allocated to them. We protect each patient’s appointment slots to be fair to patients who arrive on time for their appointments. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment please notify us asap on Whatsapp or your appointment will be automatically cancelled on our system.

5. I want to make a retainer with my scale and polish.

   Please tick ‘‘retainers’’ as additional treatment when you book online.

6. There are no slots online when I choose book online

   This means we are fully booked for the next 2 weeks. We usually release new slots every week so please check back for new slots!
